Thompson seedless raisins are made from the light green Thompson seedless grape. The green grapes naturally develop a dark brown color as they dry in the sun, a process that takes from 2-3 weeks, after they have been treated with drying oils. Learn more ›
Golden sultanas are obtained by lye dipping and sulphuring sultana grapes, prior to the drying process. They are then laid out on wooden trays in complete shade. The golden-yellow sultana is sweet-sour and well suited to salads and cooking. Learn more ›
